That is the designed path. Employee Central is configured through screens and rules, not code, and your HR process knowledge is precisely what clients pay consultants to have. The course adds the system; you bring the domain.
What will I actually configure in this course? +
Employee Central end to end: foundation and employee data models, events and workflows, role-based permissions, MDF custom objects, Time Off, and reporting, finished with a full implementation capstone on a live instance.
Which certification does this course prepare me for? +
The SAP Certified Associate for SuccessFactors Employee Central Core, the credential EC job posts filter by, with two full mock exams. The exam is booked through SAP and charged separately.
What is the starting salary in SuccessFactors? +
Associate consultants typically start between Rs 3.5 and 6 lakh. Certified consultants with one implementation reach Rs 6 to 11 lakh, and multi-module seniors climb well beyond.
SuccessFactors or SAP FICO: which suits me? +
