Can I just walk into one of your offices? +
Yes, all three offices, 9:30 AM to 10 PM Mon to Sat, no appointment needed. Coming for something specific? Calling ahead saves you a wait. Sundays we are closed.
Is the WhatsApp number a bot, or is it real people? +
Real people, 9:30 AM to 10 PM Mon to Sat, averaging 5-minute replies. Outside hours you get an acknowledgment and a human reply next morning. We deliberately don't run an AI chatbot on this number. You should be able to ask "is this a bot?" and get a human answer.
I emailed and haven't heard back. What now? +
Most departmental emails reply within 24 hours during working days. If it's been longer: (1) check spam, since our outbound is sometimes filtered; (2) WhatsApp the same query and we'll trace the email and respond on whichever channel is faster; (3) for academic or LMS issues, escalate by emailing support@cokonet.com with subject "Escalation" and the academic head will review within 48 hours.
Studying abroad, or a foreign student wanting to enrol at Cokonet? +
Two different paths. Studying abroad: that's our Overseas Education vertical, email overseas@cokonet.com or use the Overseas Education card above. We help with university shortlisting, applications, test prep, and visa counselling. Foreign national enrolling at Cokonet: most programmes work fine for international learners (online live, India time zone friendly to most of Asia, the Middle East, and East Africa). When should I write directly to the CEO? +
Use it sparingly. It's a real channel, not a marketing line. Good reasons: a serious complaint that no department resolved, a partnership idea at the institutional level, recognition for someone on the team who went above and beyond, or a whistleblower / ethics concern. Skip if it's a routine course enquiry, fee question, or LMS issue, those have departments that resolve faster than the CEO desk can. Reply within 5 working days, read personally.
My LMS access stopped working. Who do I contact? +
Email support@cokonet.com with your registered name, batch, and a screenshot of the issue. Faster: WhatsApp the same details to +91 90726 16140 (Learner Support direct line) and they'll usually reset access within 30 minutes during working hours. Persistent server-access issues are escalated to the technology team and resolved within 4 working hours.
How do I file a formal grievance or complaint? +
Use the message form above with topic "Grievance / complaint". This routes directly to the academic head and a senior team lead, with a 5-working-day response commitment. For something serious enough that you want a paper trail, also email support@cokonet.com with subject "Formal Grievance" and we'll create a ticket reference you can quote in any follow-up.
Are you closed on Sundays and public holidays? +
Yes, offices are closed Sundays. WhatsApp and email get an auto-acknowledgment but human responses resume Monday at 9:30 AM. Public holidays are listed at the top of the academic calendar; learners on active batches get advance notice via SMS and the LMS. Major Kerala holidays (Onam, Christmas week) and national holidays affect all three offices uniformly.
Can I book a callback at a specific time? +
Yes. Use "Request a callback" and pick a slot within working hours. We typically call back within 30 minutes if you don't pick a specific time, or at your chosen slot within 10 minutes either way if you do.
